The Yoga weekend retreat takes place in Burghof Stauf, amidst wonderful nature in the heart of Palatinate. You can enjoy the yoga activities in the lightflooded room overviewing the Palatinate Forest wonderfully or if weather allows on the Burgberg, a true powerhouse in the immediate vicinity of the retreat surrounded by green meadows and trees with a vast sky above you. The morning starts with a guided meditation followed by breathing, physical and relaxation practices. After brunch you have time for your personal relaxation or enjoy optional activities such as hiking or resting. In the afternoon there will be a holistic yoga practice and an early dinner. In the evening we will strengthen our soul, mind and body with meditation, japa meditation, bhakti yoga, kirtan, yoga nidra or nada yoga. Allow the gentle forces and positive vibrations to unfold the potential that lies within you. 12h00 check-out and individual departureWe will be practising holistic Yoga during this prolonged yoga weekend to harmonise the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level bestpossible. Either our yoga practise is taking place open air on the green 'castle hill' (may be in the surrounding forest) or in the lightflooded 120qm yoga hall depending on the weather and corona situation we find then and there. An inner flexibility to changes or adaptations in programme as well as a mindful and respectful mutual experience with each other is basic requirement for registering for this yoga retreat.
Meditation (Dhyan): silent sitting meditation on the terrace, meadows or in the yoga hall, silent walking meditation in the forest, japa meditation - the mental or spoken/sung mantra repitition
Breathing Practises (Pranayama): practise of conscious breathing awareness, deepening breathing practises
Physical Practises (Asanas): practise for smooth joints as well as a strong and flexible body
Relaxation / deep relaxation: guided relaxation practises for calming the mind, emotions and physical body
Yoga of Sound (Nada Yoga): sound-experiences, singing bowl relaxation, deep sound relaxation
Yoga of the Heart / Kirtan (Bhakti Yoga): singing mantras (chanting), listening to mantras, repeating mantras
Yogic Sleep (Yoga Nidra): guided deep relaxation

Special cancellation fees apply: cancellation of yoga retreat up to 65 days before start, down payment remains non-refundable cancellation fee; cancellation 65 - 35 days before start 60% cancellation fees; cancellation 34 - 18 days before start 70% cancellation fees; cancellation 17 - 3 days before start 80% cancellation fees. Should you not show up for the yoga retreat, arrive delayed or depart earlier, 100% of the booked service fees are due.
