During this 3-nights / 4-days Yoga Retreat you have the possibility to immerse yourself into the fascinating world of yoga. In interconnection and the feeling of being connected. The Yoga weekend retreat takes place in Burghof Stauf, amidst wonderful nature in the heart of Palatinate. You can enjoy the yoga practices in the lightflooded 120qm hall overlooking the Palatinate Forest wonderfully and if weather allows on the Burgberg, a true powerhouse in the immediate vicinity of the retreat surrounded by green meadows and trees with a vast sky above you. The morning starts with a guided meditation followed by breathing, physical and relaxation practices. After brunch you have time for your personal relaxation or enjoy optional activities such as hiking or resting. In the afternoon there will be a holistic yoga practice and an early dinner. In the evening we will strengthen our soul, mind and body with meditation, japa meditation, bhakti yoga, kirtan, yoga nidra or nada yoga. Allow the gentle forces and positive vibrations to unfold the potential that lies within you. Transform unwanted patterns of thinking or acting into the positive and let go of habits that prevent you from feeling your own inner radiance.

Holistic Yoga practises

We will be practising holistic Yoga during this prolonged yoga weekend to harmonise the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level bestpossible. Either our yoga practise is taking place open air on the green 'castle hill' (may be in the surrounding forest) or in the lightflooded 120qm yoga hall depending on the weather and general situation we find then and there. An inner flexibility to changes or adaptations in programme as well as a mindful and respectful mutual experience with each other is a basic requirement for registering for this yoga retreat.

 

Meditation (Dhyan): silent sitting meditation on the terrace, meadows or in the yoga hall; silent walking meditation in the forest; japa meditation - mantra repitition (usually chanting mantras meaning singing mantras; in these times more likely mental practise)

Breathing Practises  (Pranayama): practise of conscious breathing awareness, deepening breathing practises

Physical Practises (Asanas): practise for smooth joints as well as a strong and flexible body

Relaxation / deep relaxation: guided relaxation practises for calming the mind, emotions and physical body

Yoga of Sound (Nada Yoga): sound-experiences, singing bowl relaxation, deep sound relaxation

Yoga of the Heart / Kirtan (Bhakti Yoga): singing mantras (chanting), listening to mantras, repeating mantras

Yogic Sleep (Yoga Nidra): guided deep relaxation

Nutrition: healthy vegetarian diet supporting a balanced mind, heart and body

ACCOMMODATION

Burghof Stauf is a place of peace, strength, silence, joy and being. The inviting ambience of Burghof Staufs is created in such a way that you, as a guest, can switch off and find peace and tranquility and thus dive even better into your own self. All 15 rooms (with max. 23 beds) are uniquely arranged and endowed with natural materials for maximum well-being. Accommodation can be arranged in single or double rooms which all have their private bathroom with shower. All rooms feature a great portion of clarity and simplicity. This charming retreat is the ideal shelter for this 3-nights / 4-days yoga weekend retreat, finding inner peace, letting go and evolving.

CATERING

Vegetarian, vegan and vital diet with best possible consideration of regional as well as biological suppliers and saisonal harvest to support your well being and inner cleansing.

 

Early morning: water, nuts, dried fruit snack

Late morning: brunch (whole-grain bread, tasty toppings, muesli, fruits, raw food and vegetables, soup, salads) with herbal tea, juice and ginger water

Evening: 2-course-dinner feast

Full day: herbal teas, water and fruits from the Burghof Stauf Bar

Booking for Yoga PRACTISE directly with BE YOGI - Yoga with beate Laudien

Rate per person: EUR 299

Includes:

  • 3x daily 4x diverse yoga practise  (2x daily 4x yoga practice, 2x daily 2x yoga practice)

 

Booking and payment for yoga practice to be organised directly with BE YOGI - Yoga with Beate Laudien. You will receive all payment details with your booking confirmation. Special personal conditions that are relevant for the yoga retreat are to be notified with the booking (pregnancy, pregnancy hopes, limitations, etc.). 60€ down payment are due upon receiving booking confirmation. Full final payment is due by 15th July 2022.

 

Special cancellation fees apply. Cancellation of yoga retreat up to 65 days before start, down payment remains non-refundable cancellation fee. Cancellation 65 - 35 days before start 60% cancellation fees. Cancellation 34 - 18 days before start 70% cancellation fees. Cancellation 17 - 3 days before start 80% cancellation fees. Should you not show up for the yoga retreat, arrive delayed or depart earlier, 100% of the booked service fees are due. I recommend to book a separate insurance for travel cancellation expenses for all services of the yoga retreat.

Booking for ACCOMMODATION & Catering directly with BURGHOF STAUF 

Rate per person sharing a double room: EUR 330 (two people sharing one room)

Rate per person in single room: EUR 375

Includes:

  • 3 overnights in a double or single room with en-suite toilet & shower
  • 3x brunch and 3x dinner
  • daily drinks as herbal teas, ginger water and mineral water
  • daily snacks/fruits
  • yoga hall & lounge

 

Booking (& payment) for accommodation and catering to be organised directly with Burghof Stauf with reference to room allocation "BE YOGI - Yoga Retreat with Beate Laudien; 01 Sep 2022". For this just send an E-Mail including special requirements such as vegan diet, transfer requests etc. to Burghof Stauf. Full payment is due upon arrival. For the services of overnight and catering, terms & conditions as well as cancellation conditions of Burghof Stauf apply. Those conditions are somewhat similar to above stated cancellation conditions of yoga retreat.

 

Depending on general regulations and situtation in September 2022 you may be asked to bring your personal yoga mat, yoga cushion and blanket or you have the possibility to rent it from Burghof Stauf at an additional fee of 10 Euros for the entire stay.
