I have been practising holistic Hatha Yoga in the tradition of the Indian doctor and Yoga master Swami Sivananda since 2006 which is based on the 5 principles of proper physical exercise (Asanas), proper breathing (Pranayama), proper relaxation (Savasana), proper diet (vegetarian) as well as positive thinking and meditation (Vedanta and Dhyana).
I have completed my yoga teacher training in the Indian Himalaya in 2013.
Spending almost the entire year of 2013 in India and Nepal has allowed me to gain deeper experience in holistic yoga practise and teaching. Furthermore, I was able to devote my time to the fascinating world of meditation, playing harmonium and chanting mantras as well as diving into Ayurveda, Buddhism, Hinduism and Reiki.
In the meantime I have completed further trainings on the topics of 'Yoga & Psychology', 'Yoga for Children', 'Yoga for Seniors', 'Advanced Yoga Teacher Training' in the Himalayas in 2016, highly teaching and inspiring Himalaya journeys in 2017 and 2018 as well as completing the studies of Benefit Yoga®-Therapy Level I in November 2020.
