Status November 2020: due to the corona situation, chair yoga is currently pausing for winter 2020/spring 2021
Look forward to very gentle yoga while sitting on a chair and while standing with the support of the chair. During the initial relaxation you can settle in and centre yourself. Gentle breathing practise (pranayama) allows the mind and heart to come to rest. Very gentle, consciously operated exercise for the joints and physical body help releasing stress and physical tension as well as building up strength. All beneficial effects unfold systematically in our mind, heart and physical body in the final relaxation.
